How do we ship our products?
Products from our range will be shipped either per mail or courier, e.g. DPD.
In case of larger volumes and quantities, we assign a haulage company.
What about the delivery time?
Your order will of course be processed as soon as we receive it. At the moment, your goods will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days. Average delivery time is 4 business days of receipt of your order.
However, we are constantly trying to improve logistics and shorten the delivery time in order to be able to offer you delivery times of only 48 to 72 hours in the future.
How much is the shipping?
We charge a fee of EUR 5.90 / CHF 9.20 per order. We offer free delivery for orders over EUR 75.00 / CHF 115.-

Minimum ordersum
The minimum ordersum per client and per buy is EUR: 15.-
Important notice
Despite due care, goods might be damaged in transit. In this event we will of course replace the defective item free of charge.
However, please note the following:
If there is any evidence of damage in transit, you have to give notice to the deliverer about this without delay. After that, please inform www.kosmetikoutlet.com about any damage in transit you have noticed. If you would like to return any goods, please call or email us beforehand.
